These Terms and Conditions govern your use of olivecomida.com and the purchase of food products from Olive Comida.
Olive Comida is operated by Adedoyin Osidero, trading as Olive Comida, based in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
Orders are placed through olivecomida.com.
You must provide accurate details including your name, phone number, delivery address and postcode.
Orders are only accepted for delivery within BT1–BT15. Orders outside this zone will not be fulfilled and a full refund will be issued.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Prices may change without notice. The price at the time of ordering is the price charged.
Delivery is free for all orders within BT1–BT15.
All payments are processed securely through Square, Inc.
We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
We do not store or access your card details. Square handles all payment data to PCI DSS standards.
We deliver within BT1–BT15 in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
Delivery is free on all orders.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.
You must ensure someone is available to receive the order.
Collection is available as an alternative to delivery.
Do not travel to collect until we have confirmed your order is ready.
Risk in the food passes to you once the order has been collected.
Occasionally, circumstances beyond our reasonable control may prevent us from accepting, preparing, or delivering your order. This may include supplier disruptions, ingredient shortages, operational issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible using the contact details you provided.
Where we are unable to fulfil an order, a full refund will be issued unless you request that we hold your order for the next available delivery date.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Square. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider, typically 3–5 business days.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by supplier disruption, civil unrest, protests, road closures, extreme weather, power outages, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel deliveries where circumstances may affect the safety of our staff, customers, or delivery operations.
A full refund will be issued where an order cannot be fulfilled due to these circumstances.
All orders are final. We do not accept cancellations once payment has been taken.

Olive Comida prepares all food in a home kitchen environment. While we take care in preparing your order, our kitchen is not an allergen-free environment and cross-contamination between ingredients is possible.
Based on verified ingredient labels for the products we use, our menu contains the following allergens as defined under UK food information regulations:
All Chicken Shawarma items (Chicken Signature, Chicken Regular, Chicken No Sausage, Mini Shawarma) contain Egg and Mustard.
All Beef Suya Shawarma items (Beef Suya Signature, Beef Suya Regular, Beef Suya No Sausage) contain Egg, Mustard, and Peanuts. Our supplier also carries a precautionary “may contain traces of nuts” warning.
Mixed Signature contains both chicken and Beef Suya, and therefore contains Egg, Mustard, and Peanuts, with the same precautionary nut warning described above.
Although Chicken Shawarma items do not contain peanuts as an ingredient, they are prepared in the same kitchen as our Beef Suya items, so cross-contamination with peanuts is possible.
Our sausages do not contain pork.
If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please contact us directly via WhatsApp before ordering so we can discuss your requirements. We are happy to answer questions about our ingredients, but due to the shared kitchen environment we cannot guarantee any item is completely free of a specific allergen, even where it is not listed above.
This allergen information reflects the ingredients we use at the time of writing. If our suppliers or ingredients change, we will update this page accordingly.
Food is prepared fresh to order.
Our food handlers hold valid Food Hygiene certifications.
Food should be consumed as soon as possible after delivery.
Olive Comida accepts no responsibility for food that has been stored, transported, or reheated incorrectly after delivery or collection.

Our total liability arising from or relating to any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special losses arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.

Olive Comida reserves the right to suspend, postpone, or cancel deliveries where circumstances arise that may reasonably affect the safety of our staff, customers, suppliers, or delivery operations.
Where an order cannot be fulfilled due to these circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
All orders placed through olivecomida.com are final.
